组合式弹簧制动气室用于为车轮提供制动力，它由膜片腔和弹簧腔两部分
组成，膜片制动部分用于行车制动，弹簧制动部分用于辅助制动和停车制
动，而弹簧制动部分与膜片制动部分是完全独立工作的。
The combined spring brake actuator which create the
force for wheel braking .They consist of the diaphragm
part and the spring brake part,the diaphragm section
for the service brake system and the spring brake
section for the secondry and parking system .The
diaphragm actuator section is completely independent in
operation form the spring brake section.
